This 260-page book includes all visual research, literature, inspiration, interviews and field research which I conducted for my degree project. Using my Grandmother’s collection of 150 postcards as the basis for a 3-part project I reflect upon John O’ Groats’ unique location and how remote living has changed over the years. The book was self-published, printed and bound using the university’s workshops.
